Chapter 16 Moral agency and growth towards transformation
Restricted access

The final chapter, Chapter Sixteen, provides the reader with the opportunity to pull together notions from earlier chapters as they are introduced to the key elements required for the journey to trustworthy leadership. Transformation is manifest and trust is built by moral agents who take up their subjective and object responsibilities, adapt to their various contextual rolls and do so with enactment of six core ethical commitments. The chapter invites readers to consider the consequence of the absence of any one of these elements with regard to trustworthy leadership.
