Chapter 2 Bibliometric analysis of diversity, equality and inclusion: a field note
Restricted access

Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion (DE&I) in organisations has been collectively catapulted as a global priority. For example, "leaving no one behind" is the key driving force of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development put together by the United Nations. However, despite the increased attention, there is still a limited understanding of how the DE&I agenda has evolved in the literature. With an objective to advance the current knowledge on the state of DE&I, this chapter employs a rapid bibliometric analysis of the literature to demonstrate prevalent themes of research, research hotspots, and influential stakeholders. These findings have implications for future research directions, organisations, and policymakers across countries included in this volume and beyond.
