Restricted access

The exercises in this chapter involve long-term applications of geographic thinking and serve as a synthesis of student understanding of major human geography concepts. Each of these three exercises encourages students to think deeply about their own geographic connections to a place, create a story map that depicts their learning in human geography, or conduct an in-depth analysis of an urban area using a SWOT analysis approach.
