The childhood experiences of Kathryn Penaluna cast a long shadow throughout her chapter. Acting on her childhood dreams of becoming a bank manager led Penaluna into the lives of countless entrepreneurs, providing her invaluable knowledge and insight. Having transitioned into higher education, Penaluna is driven to support the development of the calculated risk taker; a disposition that Penaluna continues to use with great effect to develop EE initiatives locally in Wales and throughout Europe.
