How does my library get remote access?

Your Elgaronline institution account is set up using IP authentication including EZProxy. We can also set up Referring URLs, Shibboleth and Open Athens access. Email your usual Elgar Sales Manager or contact our agent in China with your Organization ID and Entity ID.

Do you support OpenAthens/Shibboleth?

Elgaronline supports OpenAthens/Shibboleth. Email your usual Elgar Sales Manager or contact our agent in China with your Organization ID and Entity ID.

How can I download usage reports?

To access usage reports we will set you up with an Account Administrator account. Email your usual Elgar Sales Manager or contact our agent in China with your first and family name as well as an email address. We will provide you with a Username and Password to access your new Account from where you will be able to request and downlaod usage reports.

How can I add/change my institution's logo?

Email your usual Elgar Sales Manager or contact our agent in China with a jpg of your logo - a selection of sizes would be ideal, maximum 10kb.

How do I get our library's API key for Sushi reports?

How do I update our IP ranges?

Can I buy single eBooks?

We don't offer single eBook purchases unless requested by Law firms where we have different digital list prices. We need at least 20 eBooks for each order.
