We started our Open Access publishing programme shortly after we launched Elgaronline in 2013. Under an Open Access publishing model, a book, book chapter or journal article can be made freely available to read and download immediately upon publication. Our Open Access programme is built upon the same strong principles laid down by our founder, Edward Elgar, of offering authors an unrivalled level of author service and care.

We publish Open Access content right across our list, encompassing Law, Business and the Social Sciences, and include complete books, individual book chapters and journal articles.
